- Perhaps the orientation of the UK mags has to do with that too, the German
- AM is 'serious' in that it offers high-end information more so than the
- limited low-end games part, in depth programming courses and hardware
- stuff. A very different image than the mostly games oriented UK mags, the
- big advertisers may take that into account. A bank usually has a more
- 'serious' image and wants to associate itself with fittingly positioned
- magazines.
